If you are looking for a sexy star wars costume for a man, there are lots of options. He could dress as a Jedi, for which he would need a long robe and a light saber. Or he could go as a warrior in which case he would need a light saber and a white or black tunic, with a belt. This might look a bit like a judo robe, but with the light saber it would be very obvious who he was!
